Description
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SN7407DR Buffer / Line Driver, Non-Inverting, 4.75 V to 5.25 V, SOIC-14
The SN7407DR is a Hex Buffer/Driver features high-voltage open-collector outputs for interfacing with high-level circuits (such as MOS) or for driving high-current loads (such as lamps or relays) and also is characterized for use as buffers for driving TTL inputs. The SN7407 has minimum breakdown voltage of 30V. The maximum sink current is 40mA. This device perform Boolean function Y=A in positive logic. This circuit is completely compatible with most TTL families. Inputs are diode clamped to minimize transmission-line effects, which simplifies design. Typical power dissipation is 145mW and average propagation delay time is 14ns.
