These connectors are used in control panels, robotics, industrial automation and wherever connections are required for power, control and signal circuitry in industrial applications or other particularly harsh environments.

Designed for harsh industrial applications where connections are required for power, the GWconnect multipole connectors are suitable for use with high voltage AC and DC systems. Principally comprised of die-cast aluminum alloy or a self-extinguishing thermoplastic, these connectors are UL94 compliant. A variety of connection options are available and plating materials include silver, gold and tinned plating. Enclosures are suitable for standard, harsh and EMC environments.

GWconnect HDC are suitable for use with alternate or direct current and facilitate the manufacturing process, installation, and maintenance of sectional electric parts in complex machinery. Enclosures are suitable to a variety of industrial installations, being available for standard, harsh, and EMC environments. The principal parts are made in die-cast aluminum alloy with a finishing of polyester powder (nickel-plated for EMC versions) or in self-extinguishing thermoplastic. Coupling stability and protection against accidental opening are assured by several different locking systems, comprising of monoblock levers in galvanized steel or stainless steel, springs, and pegs in stainless steel. A wide range of plastic and metal cable glands complete the offer, providing complete solutions to customers’ needs.

These heavy-duty connector enclosures are suitable for various industrial installations, being available for standard, harsh, and EMC environments. The inserts in self-extinguishing thermoplastic material UL94V0 are available with screw terminals, screw terminals with terminal block, spring terminals, crimp terminals, and push-in terminals.
