LC2000 Series Transient Tolerant Precision Resistor
Networks — Standard and Custom
Telephone Line Interface Resistors for Telephone Line Card Applications
Caddock has a variety of standard telephone line
interface resistor networks. Please call Caddock Applications
Engineering so we can send you the product drawing for the
product which meets the need of your application. These
networks are designed to meet the applicable requirements of
GR-1089-CORE and ITU-T K.20 as described in each product
drawing. Please call for assistance.
Some of the performance features of the LC2000 Series
Telephone Line Interface Resistor Networks are:
Design Assistance in Developing Custom Transient
Tolerant Resistor Networks
For immediate engineering assistance on the custom
precision resistor network confi guration that can best meet your
needs, contact our Applications Engineering and we will be
pleased to provide design assistance, technical performance
information, and pricing information.
• Lightning Transient Handling while maintaining
Precision Ratio Tolerance.
•
Quick Fail-Safe Performance when exposed to Cold
Start Voltages of 120 VAC, 240 VAC, or 600 VRMS AC.
Protects Telephone System Wiring from damage or
ignition.
• Available with optional Spring Thermal Cutoff
Protection mounted on the resistor network substrate.
When excessive low voltage power cross causes
excessive heating in the Resistor Network, the Spring
Thermal Cutoff opens the circuit and protects the circuit
board from heat damage or ignition.
• Available with optional Thermistor Temperature
Sensing Element for controlling a relay circuit which
disconnects the excessive low voltage overload,
protecting the circuit board from heat damage.
