^Toroid Transformer Core with low-medium permeability frequency range. It is used in closed magnetic circuit. A ring configuration provides the ultimate utilization of the intrinsic ferrite material properties. It is supplied burnished to break sharp edges. Tested for AL values at 100kHz.

Ceramic Magnetics (CMI) became an independent company in 1965 when several employees of the Kearfott Corporation purchased its Materials Development facility. This operation traced its roots to the early 1940s. Its mission was to develop magnetic materials for use in electromagnetic devices.
