Keystone’s standard hex male/female threaded standoffs are designed to meet most customer requirements, but they also offer modifications and custom fabrications to suit specific needs. You can use the Keystone Part Builder System to find specific part numbers and specifications or choose from an accompanying chart. Additionally, Keystone provides application engineering services for specialized requirements.
Keystone Electronics’ male/female threaded standoffs come in three thread size ranges and are available in stainless steel, nickel-plated brass, aluminum with clear Iridite plating, and nylon versions.
For PCB packaging and stacking applications, Keystone offers nylon PCB supports/spacers in push-in, lock-in, and screw-mountable styles. These spacers/supports come in various styles and are designed for board-to-board and chassis-to-board requirements. They offer a wide range of spacing heights and are made from flame-resistant nylon, UL rated 94V-0. The spacers/supports are easy to install, reusable, and provide a strong, dependable grip. Screw-mount versions are available for #4, #6, and #8 screw sizes.
Keystone Electronics also provides board spacers and standoffs, which are used for precise positioning and fastening of two objects a specific distance apart for insulation, connection, or structural purposes. These devices are available in various materials, including aluminum, brass, acetal, ceramic, copper, CPVC, iron, plastic, nylon, stainless steel, steatite, steel, and rubber, and in shapes such as hex or round. For high-temperature applications, Keystone offers a complete line of commercial and military-grade ceramic standoffs.
Additionally, Keystone offers hardware kits, which are pre-packaged sets of hardware organized by parameters such as length or thread size. These kits include fasteners, standoffs, spacers, washers, rivets, anchors, hole plugs, reflective markers, and electrical bonding screws and nuts. They are available in bags, boxes, and cabinets.
