Description
ON Semiconductor MC74HC157ADG Single Unbuffered Inverter, is a high speed CMOS unbuffered inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The MC74HC1GU04 output drive current is 1/2 compared to MC74HC series.. The MC74HC157A is identical in pinout to the LS157. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs.
