MMM-A-1617 TY2 This MMM-A-1617 specification covers natural and synthetic rubber based adhesives. General-purpose, liquid adhesive rubber base is neutral in color and has 591.10 grams per milliliter VOC contents that ensure fast evaporation. This characteristic solvent odored has a boiling point of 133 to 230 degrees F and a flash point of -21.7 degrees C. It has a viscosity of 1100 to 1300 centipoises and a specific gravity of 0.849. This polychloroprene-based adhesive rubber base takes 15 to 20 minutes to dry. The product withstands a temperature range of 45 to 85 degrees F.
