Description
Motorola MOC207R Transistor Output Optocoupler, 1 Channel, SOIC, 8 Pins, 60 mA, 70V
The MOC207-M is a 1-channel Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector. They are ideally suited for high-density applications and eliminate the need for through-the-board mounting.
- Closely matched current transfer ratios
- Minimum BVCEO of 70V guaranteed
- Low LED input current required for easier logic interfacing
- 0.050″ Lead spacing
