Both 3V and 1.8V SLC NAND Flash product portfolios feature high performance and high reliability, which are required for data and code storage. The MX30LF 3V family is ideal for embedded applications like the TV, STB, Digital Camera, IPC, Industrial System, etc. The MX30UF 1.8V family is suitable for embedded applications like the mobile phone, 3G/4G data card, M2M, etc.^
