PanJit BAS21S _R1 _00001 Switching Diode 250V 0.2A SMT / SMD SOT-23 RoHS
The BAS19, BAS20 and BAS21 are general purpose diodes fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in a small SOT23 plastic SMD package. The BAS21H series switching diode is designed for high speed switching applications. This device is housed in a SOD-123 surface mount package which is ideal for automated insertion.
