74HC123D Philips (NXP Semiconductor) IC Dual Monostable Multivibrator Retriggerable 5 V SMD / SMT SO-16

The 74HC123; 74HCT123 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.

The 74HC123D,653 is a high-speed Si-gate dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator, are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). its core supply voltage ranges from 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
