The LM319DT is a 15 V supply voltage, 1000 nA bias current and dual channel high speed comparator, available in surface mount SOIC-14 package.
These devices are high speed dual comparators designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages down to a single 5V logic supply and ground. It also feature low input currents and high gains.
