STMicroelectronics M27C1001-45XF1, UV Erasable EPROM Memory 1Mbit 128K x 8 bit 45ns 4.75 → 5.25 V CFDIP W 32-Pin. These devices feature a quartz window so that the memory contents may be erased by shining intense Ultra Violet (UV) light of the correct wavelength onto the chip.
