TE Connectivity MTA-100 Friction Lock Headers

MTA-100 wire to board friction lock headers with a 2.54mm centreline and UL94V-0 white polyester housings. These MTA-100 plug style friction lock headers have straight or right angle posts and square copper alloy contacts that are either tin or gold plated. The gold plated versions are duplex plated with gold on the mating end of the post (X-641126-X 0.00038mm, X-641215-X 0.00076mm) and tin on the solder tail. These MTA-100 friction lock headers are end to end stackable. For suitable mating connectors see stock numbers 718-5085 and 682-7078 typically.

Employing production hand tooling, connectors can be quickly assembled to discrete wires on a 0.1in (2.54mm) pitch. Connectors are end to end stackable with locking ramps and friction lock headers for vibration resistant connection.
