Description
The TSS-44+ from Mini Circuits is a surface mount, MMIC amplifier that operates from 22 to 43.5 GHz. This fully integrated 3-stage gain block provides a gain of 17.6 dB with excellent active directivity of 28 dB. It is available in a 3 x 3 mm MCLP package and is ideal for 5G, radio navigation, mobile and fixed satellite applications. The TSS-44+ integrates the entire matching network with the majority of the bias circuit inside the package, reducing the need for complicated external circuits. It also has an integrated shutdown feature, that allows users to turn on and off the amplifier with pulsed signals while keeping the power supply at a constant voltage.
