The LEMO K Series connectors are built from component parts and can be configured into thousands of unique connectors, making them a versatile and reliable choice for a wide range of outdoor applications. The LEMO M series are compact and lightweight connectors with a triple start ratchet coupling mechanism designed for high-performance applications such as motorsport, defence, avionics, and security. Having many similar features of the larger MIL-DTL-38999 series of connectors, the high-reliability LEMO M series is much smaller in size for the same number of contacts while still providing a wide range of shell styles, 360 degree shielding and high performance materials and plating options.

LEMO K Connectors

LEMO K Connectors are specifically engineered for outdoor applications requiring IP68 watertight connections when mated. These connectors feature an inner sleeve and dual seals to prevent the ingress of solids or liquids into the housing, which can be configured as a plug, free socket, fixed socket, or coupler. The push-pull latching mechanism ensures a secure connection, while multiple keying options prevent cross-mating of similar connectors within a panel. Designed for extreme working conditions, LEMO K Connectors boast a rugged housing capable of withstanding more than 5000 mating cycles and temperatures ranging from -55°C to +200°C.

The K Series, a watertight version of the B Series, includes additional gaskets and O-rings, making it slightly larger. It is an ideal choice for harsh outdoor environments.
