The SanRex Power Diode includes Fast and Soft Recovery and Schottky. Our rectifier diodes come in a variety of packages and configuration with 800 and 1600 volts ratings. 1800 and 2200 volt ratings available for some models.Thyristors (SCR)
SanRex Thyristors are proven to work in Ac Drives, UPS, and Phase Control Systems. Up to 500 A rated power modules are available.
Triacs
SanRex triacs are a reliable solution for Phase Control and Solid State Switching, Heating, and Lighting Controls, and Battery Chargers. Our TG Series has a current rating of up to 70 A, 400 and 600 volts.
