6001 Series
The 6001 Boilers and Water Heating Series is QTI’s industrial sensor line designed for a wide range of liquid immersion applications. These robust temperature sensors are engineered for demanding environments and are ideal for threading into industrial boilers to monitor or control water temperature. They can also serve as a safety device to shut down the heater in critical situations. The series is fully customizable to meet OEM specifications, including probe length, housing material, sensor type, and connector type.

Space Level NASA GSFC S-311-P-827/01, 02, 03, 04
These surface-mounted, end-banded chip thermistors are approved for use in NASA space programs requiring Grade 1 parts. Available with gold or silver terminations, QTI’s Space Level NASA GSFC specified NTC precision thermistor chips meet or exceed the standards of NASA/GSFC S-311-P-827 and MIL-PRF-32192. QTI operates an advanced test laboratory, tailored for defense and aerospace customers, certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 Revision B. QTI is qualified to perform all tests mandated by the Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, MIL-PRF-23648, and MIL-PRF-32192 specifications. Additionally, QTI’s facilities are equipped to conduct various tests specified in MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883, NASA Goddard S-311-P-18 and S-311-P-827, EEE-INST-002, TOR-2006, ESA 4006, and MIL-PRF-38534 Class K and H Element Evaluation tests.
Surface Mount Platinum RTD
QTI offers Surface Mount Platinum RTD elements in both 100 ohm and 100 ohm DIN standard configurations. Available in 1206 and 805 SMD designs, these chips provide accuracies of 1/3 degree at 0C and are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -50C to +130C. Supplied in tape and reel packaging for high-volume pick-and-place assembly, they are ideal for applications requiring long-term stability and interchangeability.
