Keystone’s Surface-Mount Threaded Standoffs and Spacers

Keystone’s SMT standoffs are supplied on tape and reel, with Kapton tape on the top surface, allowing for placement on the circuit board using standard vacuum pick-and-place equipment. This method ensures controlled attachment to the PCB, eliminating the risk of damage associated with improper installation of traditional swaging or broaching spacers.

These standoffs are ideal for automated assembly applications, offering faster assembly and reduced scrap. They provide a reliable solution for mechanical PCB mounting issues, eliminating the need for hex nuts or standoffs.
